INITIAL ASSESSMENT

The first initial assessment is a 60 minute session that focuses on reasons for therapy, history, symptoms, and presenting problems. It is also a time to learn more about the therapy process as a whole, set client centered treatment goals, and address any additional questions or concerns about the process further.
CONTINUED SESSIONS
$150
Following the initial assessment, continued sessions will be 45 minutes in length and will continue to work on client centered treatment goals to reduce symptoms and promote an overall healthy lifestyle.
INSURANCE
At this time, I do not accept insurance. Should you have insurance and your insurance carrier accepts out of network providers, such as myself, I am happy to complete a claim form at my convenience for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note, I am not responsible for any non-payment or reimbursement from your insurance company and and you will still be responsible for the full fee of the session at each visit. It is your responsibility to discuss this with your insurance company further to see if you meet criteria for this option. Cash, check, and credit card are all acceptable forms of payment at this time.
